What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear photo where the person’s face is easy to see. Good lighting and a higher-quality image will help us create the best engraved portrait. If you’re unsure which photo to use, choose your favorite and we’ll work from there.
Can I use actual handwriting for the engraved message?
Yes. You can enter your message using our signature lettering when ordering, or choose to provide actual handwriting after purchase. We’ll use the handwriting you provide to create the engraved message.
What can I put in the keepsake display?
The Complete Heirloom includes a glass-front display designed for a small meaningful object, such as a piece of jewelry, small charm, token, or another keepsake that fits within the display.
Do I need to send my keepsake to you?
No. Your heirloom will arrive with the keepsake display ready for you to place your object inside at home. You never need to mail us something irreplaceable.
How long does it take to create my heirloom?
Each heirloom is individually made and personalized to your order. The production time is 7 days. You’ll receive order and shipping updates as your heirloom makes its way to you.
