Handcrafted in the USA, each piece includes an engraved image of the place from your own photo, a personalized brass nameplate with its name, coordinates, and date, and your message engraved directly into the wood. If you have a handwritten note, postcard, or signature, we’ll engrave it exactly as it was written.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear photo where the place is easy to recognize, like a landmark, a coastline, or a view you’ll never forget. Good lighting and a higher-quality image will help us create the best engraving, and scenes with one clear focal point tend to engrave better than wide, busy ones. It’s fine if you’re in the photo too. If you’re unsure which photo to use, choose your favorite and we’ll let you know if another would engrave better.
Can I include someone’s actual handwriting?
Yes. Upload a photo or scan of a postcard, a note from the trip, or a signature, and we’ll engrave it exactly as it was written. Dark ink on plain paper works best, and you can upload it now or after you order. If you don’t have handwriting to include, your message will be engraved in our signature lettering.
What can I put in the keepsake display?
Complete includes a built-in display for a small, meaningful keepsake from the trip or place, such as a seashell, a stone, a coin, or another special item that fits within the display.
Do I need to send my keepsake to you?
No. Your heirloom will arrive with the keepsake display ready for you to place your object inside at home. You never need to mail us something irreplaceable.
How long does it take to create my heirloom?
Each heirloom is individually made and personalized to your order. The production time is 7 days. You’ll receive order and shipping updates as your heirloom makes its way to you.
